Studio Guidelines

Keep it clean, friendly, and inspiring for everyone:

• Clean as you go – leave your space tidy
  
• Share with care – return tools & materials
  
• Label your work – unlabeled items may be cleared
• Kiln care – only OOTB-approved firing
  
• No food/drinks near wheels & glaze areas
  
• Be kind – respect others’ time & work
  
• Stay sustainable – recycle clay & reduce waste

🚫 Hands Off Zone

• Kiln room = staff only
  
• Do not touch or remove kiln items
  
• Avoid handling others’ work
  
• Damages = member responsibility

💰 Deposit Policy

• $100 refundable deposit required
  
• Returned at membership end when:
  
  ✅ Key returned
  ✅ Storage shelf cleared

Cancellation & Storage Policy

• To pause/cancel, email 📧 contact@ootb.ca 1 month in advance
  
• Clear your storage shelf before membership ends
  
• OOTB is not responsible for items left behind
