OOTB Art Studio - Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We’re on your team—and we’ll do our best to keep you making art, not admin.
Time zone: Eastern (Toronto). We go by the timestamp on your email to us.
Quick Definitions
Refund = money back to the original payment method
Store credit = credit you can use toward future bookings
Reschedule = move to a comparable date, subject to available seats
No-judgment zone = you don’t need an excuse; “my week exploded” is valid
Pottery Courses (4–8 Class Series)
More than 14 days before the first class: full refund. Easy.
14 days to 48 hours before the first class: store credit + one complimentary reschedule if space allows.
Within 48 hours of the first class: 50% store credit (we’ve already prepped your spot).
Missed classes during the series: not refundable or creditable—but ask us about make-up options if a seat opens.
Pottery Workshops (Single Session)
Final sale (we buy materials and hold your seat).
48+ hours before start: one reschedule, subject to availability—no questions asked.
Inside 48 hours (including no-shows): 50% store credit.
Art Classes
Give us 24+ hours’ notice to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: that session is forfeited (we still love you, promise).
How to Make Changes (Super Simple)
Email us with your name, order number, and the class/workshop date and time. We’ll reply with options. If we ever need to cancel or postpone (kiln gremlins, snowstorms), you can choose a full refund, store credit, or a reschedule—your call.
Friendly Fine Print
Seats are limited; reschedules depend on availability.
Store credit is issued to the original purchaser; transfers require our okay.
Group/private events may have extra terms listed on the invoice.
